Chapter 11: Privacy 'Where did all those Billions go?' Why It Should Concern THEM
Privacy Why It Should Concern The Republican GOP?
Where did all those Billions go?
"Suspensions are on the rise as Private Security Firm Incorporation's, who account for the majority of spending for National Security Intelligence, could very well be bias to a point of retaliating against an Obama administration that is working hard to build safeguards by regulating Wall Street from another GOP Republican Global Economic Crisis!”
Chapter 11: What The Republican GOP Don't Want You To Know
As reported in headline news by the Associated Press on July 5, 2011: “Private detective in UK tabloid hacking scandal issues apology in Guardian newspaper.”
The contracting of private security firms by governments has been going on since the 1950s usually in a bodyguard capacity, but after the 9/11 Patriot Act they have been authorized to access information from the Department of Defense.
Is the United States Secret Service now a private corporation with the rights of a person? I don’t know about you, just the idea is scary to me and explains a lot about the problems with breaches of classified federal government information and privacy intrusion of private citizens without due cause or regards to civil liberties.
According to the Associated Press,
“Yet the hacking case involving 13-year-old Milly Dowler has horrified everyone; from British Prime Minister David Cameron to movie stars to people who commented on Twitter.
“(It is) shocking that someone could do this, knowing that the police were trying to find this person and trying to find out what had happened,” Cameron said while on a trip to Afghanistan. Why is it, when private security firms get into trouble we call them private detectives; however, when private detectives are subsidized by the government, which is a mega-money expenditure in the balance of the federal budget, we call them private security firms” as if they had the powers of the CIA or FBI. Could this be why classified information once reserved for the CIA and FBI is now shared with private security firms assimilated to the street level, motivated as corporations for profit and not results?
In this case, it was only human to do anything possible to find a missing child; however, it shows that private security firms have the capacity to hack with high tech equipment in the UK, so we can say the same for the United States. The incorporation of private security firms should enhance our national security and we should always be wary; especially with such a strong market of manufactures of domestic surveillance devices and private security firms to use those ease dropping devices.
Suspensions are the rise when private security firms Incorporations who account for the majority of spending for national security intelligence, could very well be bias to a point of retaliating against an Obama administration that is working hard to build safeguards by regulating Wall Street.
The U.S. stock market biggest comeback was from the investment in private security firms and manufactures of domestic surveillance equipment. A recent example was the purchase of multimillion dollar surveillance radar equipment that penetrates steel to check for illegal Hispanic trafficking taken from the budget of Texas disable services; just investigated for trafficking disabled students in open public to slave farms across Texas State lines to Missouri. This was an authorized budget adjustment by Rick Perry to Digital Ally Incorporated.
After the backroom deal, a news release in 2006 revealed: “John Ashcroft and William S. Sessions Join Digital Ally, Inc. Advisory Board Former U.S. Attorney General, Former Fbi Director Bring Valuable Experience To Company’s Pursuit Of Strategic Objective [2006].”
The Obama Administration terminated the Bush administration NAO domestic surveillance policy of 2006 in June 2009. Last week media announced a new “Laser Focus” policy. No longer do the finest of American Patriots have to stay indoors crouching from fear of an ominous eye in the sky or be weary of a peak from the neighbors Venetian blinds. Responsible adults can now use the Internet freely without fear on being targeted by political right wing extremist who cries wolf or terrorism to bring harm to fellow citizens or to distort relations with bordering countries to promote their extremist right wing ideologies and fleece the government by wasteful spending under the guise of National Security at the State level.
National Security does not rest in the powers of the State but in the powers of the Federal Government God Bless America!
The Christen Monitor Journalist Howard LaFranchi Reports today, John Brennan, President Obama’s chief counter terrorism adviser, in a speech Wednesday in Washington corrected a student’s question “We intentionally do not use ‘global war on terror’ We’re in a war with Al Qaida.”
We now can all rest with ease and move about freely while maintaining a high alert of watchfulness under the protection of due cause and civil rights at the street level while information that is collected by the Federal Agencies by any means necessary will not be used to intimidate, retaliate, or used against you at the State level including political adversaries expressing their opinions in media or social networks useless you’re an actual National Security Threat. A threat is described as “promoting violence or succumb to Al Qaida’s hateful ideology.” According to the Christian Science Monitor report:
"The new strategy will focus on such adherents inside the US, whom Brennan described as “individuals, sometimes with little or no direct physical contact with Al Qaeda, who have succumbed to its hateful ideology.”
Among the examples Brennan gave was the November 2009 Fort Hood shooting rampage, allegedly carried out by an Army major shouting “God is great” in Arabic.
A key component of Obama’s counter-terrorism strategy will be a renewed emphasis on building “strong partnerships between government and communities here at home, including Muslim and Arab American” communities, said Brennan, who chose Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies to make his remarks.
Most importantly, is the engagement between government and communities which allows all American Patriots to join forces against those that promote violence of Al Qaeda’s hateful ideology, which is the duty of every American to protect our freedoms and democracy. The Monitor did not elaborate on the ways and means to build stronger partnerships, so until the plan is announced, just pick up the phone and call the 9/11 for emergencies of your local police department and file a report just like any responsible citizen would do.
The Ominous fear of being watched by our own government is now replaced by a sense of duty as participation in or an extension of the National Security network as the eyes and ears in your local communities against those who use violence as a way to promote hateful extremist ideologies We are not being watched, we are watching them!
Howard LaFranchi Report, is rich with other details concerning the change in approach to National Security threats, by all means I recommend reading the full article with emphasis on the Obama’s administration “Laser Focus” that replaces the counter terrorism strategy of 2006 with a new policy to strengthen our security and protect us from National Security Threats Stay vigilant and participate as the extension or the eyes and ears of our National Security Defense!
As United States Citizens it has always been our duty to be Vigilant or Keeping careful watch for possible danger or difficulties; however, our individual participation is especially important now while the treat is still real, especially at a time of war!
The Bush Administration in 2006, authorized the sharing of any information collected by any means with Law Enforcement and Civilian private security firms including intrusive equipment by Satellite or any surveillance devices not limited to electronic equipment.

Fortunately, some Texans have come forward putting themselves at risk of more abuse, and by all means protect themselves and unresolved unexplained harm by reporting damages to the Attorney General. We have yet to hear from the Texas Attorney General; nor will our district attorneys take our allegations seriously, because of the firm grip Texas Political leaders have over the Justice Department.
Supporting documentation is available in public domain titled “Satellite Surveillance: Domestic Issues” which questions violations of civil liberties of illegal searches not only from Satellite Surveillance but from any surveillance device or equipment and the sharing of the information between the Department of Defense and law enforcement authorized by the Bush Administration.
“In May 2007, the DNI designated DHS as the executive agent and functional manager of what was designated as a National Applications Office (NAO). There was, however, no public notice of the establishment of the new office at that time.”
“Inside the United States (as well as abroad), DOD support for law enforcement agencies is authorized in accordance with chapter 18 of title 10, U.S. Code. Section 371 specifically authorizes the Secretary of Defense to share information acquired during military operations, and encourages the armed forces to plan their activities with an eye to the production of incidental civilian benefits. Under sections 372 through 374, DOD, DOD personnel are permitted to provide training and expert advice to civilian law enforcement personnel, and may conduct maintenance on equipment it provides.”
“The Bush Administration delayed the establishment of the NAO and provided an opportunity for further congressional consideration of the issues involved but took steps to establish the NAO for some purposes even before important legal issues were resolved. Having conducted a review of the issue, the Obama Administration terminated the NAO [June 2009], but has not provided detailed information about current procedures for the domestic use of satellites for domestic purposes.”
In my opinion and from personal experience based on tangible evidence, the Obama administration terminated NAO in June 2009 in order to protect all citizens of the United States and who are aboard from such abuses which allowed many leaders of state legislative and executive offices from using the threat of terrorism, trafficking, or threat of human lives as a harmful political control by the act of “Crying Wolf” to justify such intrusive harmful behavior to retain political power by those of public trust, not to mention the fleecing of our nations coffers.
Most importantly, the breach of classified information to police and civilians has made us vulnerable by attacks within and without the boundaries of the United States. What was once reserved by the CIA and FBI has been assimilated to the police operating at the community level exposing classified information in public domain and used to breach our borders as moles within police departments.
The most recent revelation is the three employees of America’s self-proclaimed toughest sheriff, Joe Arapio of the Maricopa County Arizona Sheriff’s office, involved in human and drug trafficking and a Texas Sheriff sentence to ten years for drug trafficking.
Logical reasoning leads us to at least two problems with information breaches at the community level that aids in such corruption. The Bush Administrations authorization to share information between the Department of Defense in 2006 and the incorporation of private security firms starting first in Texas as the model of a failed experiment in “Top Secret America” posted by the Washington Post that answers the question “Where did all those Billions go?”

Not even the police!
Chapter 10: Who Is Watching Who And Do They Know What They Are Doing
Much to the surprise of those that dream while sleeping, many people do not dream or recall dreaming while they sleep, not even once in their entire lives! Dreaming is a human activity that most people take for granted as if everyone can dream. If dreams are something that some people can see and others do not, then dreaming is something that dwells in the peripheral blind spot of social invisibility. Could it be that there is an everyday ordinary common god, as close as the invisible nose on your invisible face, working miracles in your life?
Dreams have a deeper meaning for clairvoyants such as myself because we see visualizations in our mind's eye while sleeping and awake. A clairvoyant is person who sees things clearly in their minds eye, as they are; sometimes with vivid startling accuracy the Greeks coined the logos or the known. It is unclear if the ability of perception is from the normal senses, psychic abilities, or spiritual epitome.
Clairvoyants rarely reveal their experiences unless the disclosure would be beneficial or helpful to others. There are the unscrupulous clairvoyants and the fakers that use the idea of clairvoyance abilities for selfless reasons that give us all a bad name. Then there is the innocent who believe they have God given talents, which they may; however, do not know what they are doing when they are looking for a lost child and the whole world turns to them for help after exhausting all other alternatives, only to be discouraged by failure and disbelief.
Lastly, Clairvoyance is not always the case a specialized profession such as murder solving, people finding, or gold digging enterprises. In more cases than not, the clairvoyant that is open and clear of negativity at the time of need is the medium of choice; be it a matter of physics or divine intervention.
We are easy to identify. We are the people that stand in front of an elevator button and seem to debating if the up arrow means up and the down arrow means down. We compensate our trans-personalities by way of diversion to a trivial task not wanting people to know that our consciousness has shifted to a higher idea. I have never met a Clairvoyant that was trained the art and many notice they can see thing others cannot as early or earlier than three years of age. Many retain conceptions or memories of existence before conception or entering the human body at birth!
A well-practiced clairvoyant may dwell in the state as often as they can for enjoyment, enlightenment, or to help someone in need. Have you ever heard of the "Absent minded Professor?" Sometimes psychologist misdiagnosis the ability as Attention Deficit Disorder [True in a case of brain injury] when in fact a clairvoyant can do multiple task of focus at the same time without compensating the accuracy of any of the task performed!
Unfortunately, behavioral scientist ignore the fact that some clairvoyants can take a peek into the future, visualize an eminent threat, and know instinctively when someone has their attention on them or looking at them even when the observation is done remotely by a camera or even a satellite.
Police will use clairvoyants to help with an investigation when all other scientific investigative means have failed and have about a 50/50 percent accuracy rate basically because they cannot measure the clairvoyants capabilities and use those that do not know how to use the art but believe they have special God given talents they really do not possess or know how to use.
In my case, dreaming while my body is asleep at the wheel is the best time to catch up on the adversaries or evil people that try to bring harm to just your everyday ordinary mystic like myself.
I have had a real hard time with the new anti-terrorist domestic surveillance program put into place years ago by congress with good intent to keep us safer; however, the police investigative strategies look for reasonable suspicious acts and nothing is more suspicious looking than a clairvoyant under hyper-surveillance because once a clairvoyant is a surveillance target, we start to behave in a way that we know someone is watching even though we are quite innocent of wrong doing are least harmless to others and dwell in the side lines or well outside terrorist threats.
Most troubling, once you are a target of interest, the information can never be erased or dismissed or expunged. This is bad for the wrongly accused but it is equally troublesome for accurate intelligence analysis having floaters bog the system as alerts that take attention away from real threats. The same can be said for those that have been targeted for political reasons as threats to make it easier on a politician or political special interest group.
It is my belief that most terrorist are not born terrorist, they are transformed into terrorist by pure hatred and intolerance based on the way the rest of the world acts!
Who can argue against the theory that we all act in a way that is predictable? Don't we all stand in the bank beyond the cord ropes, and stand well beyond the red line on the floor without the need of instruction; however, it is a grave error to think that any particular behavior has a predictable reaction.
This is why the Behavioral Sciences will always be an art form; especially if they exclude profiles they do not understand by the method of scientific observation and dump the prognosis in a category of the paranormal which is an area of behavior that cannot be observed and rides in the blind spot of social invisibility.
This is why Mystics that operate alone or along with a group are weary and in some cases angry with U.S. persistent failure to protect individual rights of privacy, leaving many of the few finest of citizens whom act in a way outside of the norm as targets of domestic surveillance.
Domestic surveillance if use correctly, is a helpful law enforcement tool; however, it is the point when the surveillance leaves the general population and focuses on a specific target when things go a wire and resources are placed on people who would do no harm and taken away from those that are real threats.
Additionally, the contracting of private firms in 2008 by U.S. intelligence, even if the employees are sworn law enforcement officers, compound the problem because they are paid and rewarded for intelligence, any intelligence if it is useful are just a report that waste valuable resources and time with total disregard to harm to the subjects of the report.
These people are easy to identify such as John Ashcroft, who is constantly trying to figure out what the term 'ethics' means or what place it has in National Security such as the Nazis wondered during World War II. We would all be speaking German if the principals of ethics were the basis of German diplomacy and tactical maneuvers of the last global conflict.
Chinese intelligence systems as well as other countries do a better job with surveillance because the people know that as long as you are in the band of the general public under surveillance, than you are relativity safe from privacy intrusion and free to move about freely without fear.
I know this because while living in China, the safest country I know of and I have lived in most, I observed that the police have a good working relationship with the populace and often will complain of two much information that leaves them blindsided to real threats of social invisibility. The same can be said of Italy where the local officer's patrol the communities in which they live, play, and worship.
In America we can say, "nothing changes but the meaning of law" and are economic down fall began many years ago by financing the DEA with resources for a dual mission, attacking drug violations at the street level instead of the source and domestic surveillance in the interest and protection against terrorist threats such as the attack on New York on September 11, 2001.
We like to believe that justice is blind; however, there is no finer judge who lives in a community where the whole town knows of something less than appropriate behavior practiced by the local judge. A paragraph from " A History of La Salle County" 1856-1975 authored by Annette Martin Ludeman shows that at least in Texas, nothing changes but the meaning of law as follows in the month of December, 1886 La Salle County Texas:
"There was a jury inquest inquiring into the cause of the death of C.B. McKinney conducted by Judge Harwood. During the inquest Judge Hardwood was taken very ill and died within five hours. Judge Hardwood's mind was heavily taxed in conducting the inquest and having previously contracted the habit of eating morphine, in a moment of hurry and excitement took and overdose of the drug which cause his death." This of course added more grief and sorrow to the already grief stricken little community."
In today's world, the murderer would be illegible for the position of Judge or Texas Ranger and the Judge would be considered a harden criminal and drug dealer. I am not saying that the DEA has recruited criminals, but the dual task of enforcing equal and harsh penalties along with the billions of dollars of resources on drug users as well as terrorists jeopardizes our National Security.
The DEA should not be in the business of Anti-Terrorism Domestic Surveillance! The Department should be focused on the source of drugs and exterminating the source before drugs exterminate all the citizens of America! The Agency need look no future then the Drug Enforcement Agency itself to get a good head start at eliminating fifty-percent of the problem embedded as DEA Drug Lords that feed off of Federal Funding. Maricopa County, Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio and Texas Governor Rick Perry are very good examples of extracting Federal Funds for state sponsored drug and human trafficking operations.
A good departmental split right down the middle of their dual mission and budget would save money, protect the innocent, and keep us safer. The other half of their budget should be invested in Homeland security and first responders!
First Responders are seldom members of law enforcement, usually a common citizen in the right place at the right time that reports to an awake and alert member of law enforcement. Yes, many times law enforcement personnel are first responders because they are also citizens living in our communities. A cash reward and honorable citizens citation system has work best in the United States sense the conception of the constitution.
We see a break down in communications that is the cause of major security breaches after the application of the 911 Patriot Act and the fleecing of America by law enforcement personnel incorporating private security firms. Citizens today find it almost impossible to report incidents to law enforcement because of a false sense or false belief of omniscience intelligence sold to the public by private security firms.
Lastly, the Chinese intelligence agencies and police have a true respect for individual privacy that naturally leads to respect to the police; otherwise, a country or State can become a police State overnight if *surveillance is not regulated and used for political adversaries, criminal activity, or retaliation. | Well There Are Expectations A Texan That Honors A White Cowboy Hat The People I find in my Own Backyard |
In the United States, the state of Texas has world recognition during these troubling times as a bona fide police state, led by a treasonous dictating tyrant, but let's don't make the mistake of blaming the situation on the police and professional law enforcement.
Any human behavior ethnology can be taken out of context just to give due cause of suspicion, producing a false report that can encourage a public hanging without a need of due process or trial of innocent law abiding citizens.
Attention is a very powerful thing when it is focus on an individual if just from a resentful person or a woman in scorn. So it is the case that most people are clairvoyant in some degree or another but don't practice the art correctly or use it to bring ill tidings to others. The modus operandi of a clairvoyant is strangely enough their biggest enemies their own attention and or the focus of attention by others. [Many Texans have pressed justice putting themselves at risk so other Texan's are aware of the unknown or invisible hazards that they may protect their families and themselves from undue harm by non-lethal and bio-lethal weapons testing]

CNN — A baby monitor brought on a horrifying situation for some Texas parents.
The camera they were using to monitor their two-year-old and keep her safe was hacked, and what the hacker did was chilling.
For two years, Marc Gilbert and his wife have come to rely on their internet cameras.
“We almost couldn’t live without it,” said Gilbert.
With the camera, they could watch their two toddlers in their rooms.
But, over the weekend, someone else was watching, too.
Gilbert says he first heard a voice from down the hall, as he and his wife got closer, what it was saying got worse.

The Tigers Fang
“go to the boastful cobbler of this this town and order him to seek out the tiger and bring back its fang.”
”The cobber trembled like a leaf because he knew it was death to go or to refuse.”
In other words, when the king commands a serf of his kingdom to a task, in those days it was death not to obey and it was death trying to kill a tiger on your own, and the traditional way to prove it was to bring back its fang. This particular tiger had been killing children and women and pressure was on the king to do something about the tiger and the cobber was thorn in the king’s political side.
In the original story, the Potter and the Prince, the shoe cobbler was a potter who gained overwhelming popularity by severing others and was said to have healed many who were sick. This was embarrassing to the King in his political courts especially at time when a man eating tiger has been plaguing the local villages and the king and all his soldiers had failed at killing the monster.
The Cobbler “That night he sought out the lair, found the tiger asleep, and tried to kill it with a knife. But failed.”
“The Cobbler went to the palace, ready to die, but as he entered the courtyard he kicked and object in the dust. It was found to be a tiger’s fang.”
The fang was from a man eating tiger from years gone by brought back to the king by his solders and given to Royal families children as a play toy.
“The prince recognized it as a play object belonging to his children. He was outraged but could do nothing for the cobbler had returned with a tiger’s fang.”
The king lost all his political glory expecting the cobbler to be killed by the tiger or return empty handed; therefore, discrediting the humanitarian work and popularity that threatened the kings political position or in better terms his authenticity as a true king.

Corpus Christi Tea Party Essay Edited

"Intrusion into your personal space, by persons or networks of mindless electronic devices, plagiarizers and patent trolls has robbed you of your creativity, spirituality, copyrights, income, and dreams."
Chapter 8: What Is Electronic Human Exploitation
Electronic exploitation can be defined as taking an unfair advantage of person by way of any electronic device, ranging from a simple radio political broadcast, telephone sales call, television advertisement, computer application pop-up or even the extreme of an electronic attack. Electronic exploitation is not necessarily a bad thing; exploitation is the driving force of capitalism or way to make profit by selling goods or services. In the sense of fair appropriate business promotions and exchanges, we really cannot call these events exploitation, if we live in free market and expect to barter by competition for the best price and quality of goods or services.
Electronic exploitation is anything beyond what is fair and reasonable. We identify electronic exploitation culturally, which defers among diversified groups geographically, religiously, politically, or what a particular group holds to be fair and reasonable collectively. What is fair and reasonable is defined by a particular cultural collective consciousness, and this is why social networks fail overtime, because social consciousness is naturally competitive, and over time excludes the majority of customers.
Culture is the best a group of people can do; however, they do not disqualify themselves by competition, or disband because of a dominant social norm by a majority more popular than another, they simply quit using the product. Some groups never participate because the product is not accessible, uses a foreign language they do not understand, or is financial out of reach as well as many other determinant factors.
Communication devices change as technology produces better ways and means to communicate; however, will never go out of style, be it a post card or a cell phone, or any new device in the future, because they connect members of cultural groups not social networks. In the domain of politics, social networks are important indicators but for intelligence agencies they are of little importance and give false readings of the current state of global affairs. Social networks of today or even the internet is a temporary way to police uprisings, or threatening behavior; but once you have arrested a few with contrary opinions, the rest of the group stops using the device, or learn to communicate abstractly in ways only members of that particular group understands.
We call this type of communication collective consciousness, not to be confused with universal consciousness, nor to lessen to any electronic device, because some groups can communicate without the use of a satellite, with other members anywhere on the globe, anytime without any electronic device or use of a post card, with or without a complex code. Personally, I threw my cell phone in the dumpster the moment I was released from a Fortune 500, simply because I was being tracked by that cell phone.
The majority of people would not understand my reasoning, but if you have been targeted as a person of interest or just an experiment, electronic exploitation becomes intrusive, and endangers those who are identified on ridged data bases. Even more threatening, are data bases that can be easily manipulated, a person can be targeted for just political reasons or retaliation. I have seen some cases; people are targeted just for fun, by people who should not be employed by our National Security Agency!
One way to avoid this type of situation is mandatory conscription, were all people of a particular country must serve in the military service for a certain length of time such as Switzerland, all male adults must serve for two years. The rotation of national security personnel strengthens any countries intelligence operations to avoid a segregation of those that know, who overtime will abuse those that do not. We have seen this in America after World War II, Vietnam, and now post 9/11.
Within the last few years, we all have seen the dangers when an executive leaders of a state of country remains in that position for long periods, who has authority over both overt and covert intelligence operations; knowledge is power and absolute power corrupts absolutely. This is why our own president of the United States serves no more than two terms or eight years.
Of course, if everyone could be trusted to do the right thing all the time, then GPS tracking by cell phone is a good technology to keep us safer. There are many good examples for carrying a GPS device such as if your vehicle broke down in a remote area, a lady is in a compromising position, a child is lost, or you’re the only witness to a fire and need a telephone to call the fire department. The paradox is that GPS devices as well as other electronic devices are also used to harm or exploit innocent people.
We have defined electronic exploitation as both a way to benefit mankind and also a way to harm innocent people. Most importantly, is to develop a list of hazards that have been shared by those that have been harmed and now form a cultural collective consciousness.
1. Exploitation that is begin or brings no harm such as political speeches, products/ service advertisements, and computer applications that connect us collectively, as a network of beneficial knowledge. This may also include research and experimentation that brings no harm. At worst, this type of exploitation is an irritation, not and electronic attack that brings harm.
2. Government control by overriding of the media inclusively and completely, including radio broadcast, television, and the internet. This is extremely important to national security in case of a disaster or an attack by a foreign country. In this case, it is best for one voice on the bullhorn to lead us to safety. This is not electronic exploitation; it is our national broadcasting alert system.
3. Government intervention by corrupting web pages, scrambling satellite communications, slowing web pages, or making web pages inaccessible. This has been a complete failure and was first noticed by the public in 2004, when a middle-age man thought local college students were corrupting his pages for fun. He complained several times because the web pages were his only source of income. The corruption of his pages continued and out of the blue he went off the deep end, took a rifle to the college, and began shooting innocent students. This is the noted campus shooting before the Virginia tech massacre in 2007.
Additionally, the people of Top Secret America are corrupting the information on the web pages of many innocent people such as minority religions, academic writers, or clubs and societies. Other than the extreme case of the college shooting mentioned, this type of intervention was not just an irritation, but a loss of academic papers, a dumbing-down, financial loss, loss of credibility to the authors, and a violation of freedom of speech. Several small businesses were destroyed because of the middling by people, who don’t know what they are doing.
i. The reason they were targeting the wrong people is because of the selection process of national security. The NSA process screens people out who are qualified to make such assessments and is still that way. They need a more diverse experienced workforce and to do so they must make exceptions to the screening. And most importantly, what is there to hide if we have had a free press sense the founding of our nation. We should not censor the internet by overriding the system, but let others discredit those with false or misleading information. If a web page is threatening, then call the local police and ask them to investigate by knocking on the individual’s door and tell them they are disturbing the public, just as if the music was too loud.
ii. Immediately after the 9/11 attack we went into martial law and did everything we could with the resources we had. Trillions of dollars were wasted, while trillions of dollars were prudently invested. In the case of martial law, it is always the case that someone is targeted that is innocent, but that is what happens in a state of war.
iii. Many years after the 9/11 attack, the terms terrorist and terrorism became a profitable way to justify what businesses wanted. Inside trading became a way of doing business for those in the know, creating the white elephant we know today as Top Secret America.
iv. Incumbent politicians used media intervention to hold power and to target political adversaries. This is still going on today.
v. The police used these devices without due cause and convicted many innocent victims. Others officers had knowledge of how the surveillance system works and became human and drug traffickers. Several were caught, tried, and convicted after Obama stepped into office.
vi. In 2009 Texas Governor Rick Perry refused to debate with the Democratic candidate Bill White to hold his seat,
“If I say anything, I will lose the election, we have computers that do that,” said Perry.
This raises a whole new level of voter fraud. People are electronically conditioned, go to the polls thinking that they are making a rational decision, and vote as instructed by the computer application.
4. Government intelligence could not keep up with electronic attacks by other countries and decided to bring in private firms to assist. These private firms became corrupted by the protection of the Supreme Court’s Citizens United ruling, where corporations have the right of a person; therefore, they need not disclose the information that they shared about you with anybody willing to pay for the data, including the police, without due cause. False negative and false positive reports were forged at a price. The contracting of private manufacturing companies, meant people without the proper security clearances, were now in a position to create deadly electronic and Intrusive surveillance devices. Reengage employees used these devices on innocent people. Example, a hacking device that is now off the market was used by private detectives as extortion. In other words, these private dicks were paid hush money from the victims they hacked without due cause. Microwave RMF devices were used on innocent victims. This device uses a microwave gun that bypasses the auditory cortex and play sounds and images in the victims’ minds. These same devices were used for retaliation by government officials and for political control. Many other ungodly devices were manufactured and used on targets or for experimental purposes that are still classified. One case in my local area, a high intensity sound device was used to torture innocent victims, seemingly picked out of random.
5. Hyper-surveillance can and does bring harm. Some people are more sensitive to surveillance than others. People started to act with symptoms of paranoid schizophrenia and would fill every psychiatry office available, thinking they had a mental illness when they did not. Many of these people, who had no mental illness in the past, were treated with medications that damaged their brains and because of the treatment with toxic drugs are now permanently disabled.
6. Black domestic helicopters seemed to go out of control by some central command station, breaking FAA regulations, swooping people close enough to threaten them or force them to hide in shelter.
7. Electromagnet crowd control devices such as the one that caused the Rodney King riot, were use on innocent victims or any person that were on the target list, in order to control their behavior; however, the outcome cannot be predicted and some of these people became hostile, made threats and were thrown into jail and still remain there at no fault of their own. In fact, the testing of this equipment started a war in downtown Los Angeles that had world wide coverage as I watched the turmoil from China via satellite TV.
8. Automated computer applications were designed that issued automatic payments to companies that offered no services or products. Automated applications were used to communicate information that requires human intervention that caused the deaths of countless people. Procurement agents were replaced by computer applications for high dollar threshold products and services to bypass protocol for competitive bids, so the process would not get in the way of those with vested interest. This is still done today by some state and local governments by forming corporations and nonprofits to protect them from disclosure by the Supreme Court ruling citizens united, or corporate personhood, Corporations have the rights of a person.
9. Covert operations in Texas such as gun walking, drug/ human trafficking started in 2002, allowed these operations to cross our borders to track how these operations worked, but were unsuccessful, other than delivering another report to congress to extract more funds for more covert operations. These operations ended with the Fast and Furious operation that was exploited for political purposes. Many other innocent civilian victims, including border control agents and police officers were injured and killed during these operations; however, no mention of an investigation has taken place by NSA.
There is a cultural consciousness that is growing in numbers, not by popularity but out of desperation, to protect oneself from harm from electronic exploitation. These people have been abused one time or another, tried to report their concerns to the authorities by due process; however, justice was never served, and the perpetrators of the crimes are still employed within our national security network.
Additionally, the public is unaware of these dangers, because they are hidden by destroyed police reports, manipulated data, or investigative committees seal what is known by many from the main populace, that can bring harm to themselves and family members.
At the Federal level , the Obama Administration stop the use of such devices on United States’ citizens the moment he step into office; however, some states such Texas and other Red States still use these devices and money making schemes in the name of national security justified by the 9/11 Act.
National security does not rest in the power of the states, but in the powers of the Federal Government – God Bless America!
