Dead Psychiatrist Tell No Tales

Hyper-surveillance Can And Does Permanent Harm Only A Dead Psychiatrist Would Know the X-files My P.C. 2010

There is a logical connection to the recent Fort Hood Shootings and Virginia Tech Massacre, Hyper-surveillance can and does permanent harm. Federal law enforcement officials thinking the suspected shooter Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan had been killed, prematurely leaked to the public that Maj. Hasan was a military target of advance hyper-surveillance techniques and equipment developed in Texas. This billion dollar program was just recently used to track a Yale murder suspect just to make him sweat; even though the FBI knew his exact location.

The new domestic surveillance research program is probable cause for the biggest spike in campus violence after the publication of the Secret Service threat assessment landmark study in 2004, and has now compromised security at Fort Hood Texas leaving 11 dead and 32 wounded.

The original Washington head count was 31 wounded until a recent hospital report indicates the suspect Nidal Malik Hasan  was not killed in the incident, and is in stable condition which is bad news for the Bush Domestic surveillance research program. Dead Psychiatrist can tell no tales, but if and when he recovers, he could very well be the expert witness for a badly managed Texas covert domestic surveillance program that has inadvertently cause the deaths of hundreds of innocent Americans.

The American justice system checks and balance structure has been comprised over the last eight years by integrating local Police, FBI, CIA, Military Intel, Secret Service, and Homeland agencies into a signal pool of intelligence operations based in South Texas. These agencies are responsible for specific strategic missions that must be delineated from the others or the security of our nation is in serious jeopardy. The Fort Hood shooting is the latest example of mismanagement of military intelligence by failing to question or investigate Army officer Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan concerning a threat that he may have posted on the internet as follows:

“AP sources: Authorities had concerns about suspect By LARA JAKES (AP) – 1 day ago: WASHINGTON — Federal law enforcement officials say the suspected Fort Hood, Texas, shooter had come to their attention at least six months ago because of Internet postings that discussed suicide bombings and other threats.

The officials say the postings appeared to have been made by Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, who was killed during the shooting incident that left least 11 others dead and 31 wounded. The officials say they are still trying to confirm that he was the author. They say an official investigation was not opened.”

Other Agencies such as Campus Police and FBI housed on the same campuses have delayed investigations when intelligence sources identified threatening behavior that could of prevented the Virginia tech Massacre and Illinois tragedy as a letter to Senator Cornyn of Texas suggest:
“The Honorable Senator Cornyn United States Senate c/o The Honorable Barack Obama President of the United States of America

Thank you for your recent correspondence which details your letter to President Obama concerning the "Fishy" activities program at the White House. You bring up some really good points concerning the data collection that may identify someone as an adversary to the better good or even a threat as is routinely done on every college and university in Texas. I have been writing you letters for two years concerning students that have been targeted and criminalized as threats by way of email and essay monitoring by CUBIT or the new College University Behavioral Intervention Team. In a nut shell, when a student writes an essay or responds to request from faculty or even causal emails to friends, the information is monitored by a software program that points to certain words or phrases and identifies the student as a threat or potential campus shooter!

Let it be known that President Obama may not be the best representation of the people but in the case of Texas citizenry, he is our only option to voice our concerns if you continue to ignore our request. Last year, a student after paraphrasing Tomas Hobbs in an essay was removed from San Antonio College by a Texas Court Restraining Order. Most importantly, a man was shot and killed in a San Antonio Library in October last, because the shooter went crazed knowing that all his communications had been monitored for “fishy” content and only derogatory statements were collected to build a case against the writer. Nothing that is being stated here justifies his murderous actions but it shows that hyper-surveillance of a student can and does permanent harm!”

The police, FBI, Secret Service, and Homeland Security Agencies all have specific law enforcement Missions and Resources that work well within their own jurisdictions but become muddled when these agencies act as a singular police agency compromising security at an alarming rate, especially after the introduction of private security firms to the South Texas pool in May of 2008, detailed in notes extracted from a San Antonio Express News Article as follows:

“How some law enforcement officers come to believe they are medical psychiatrist that can predict criminal activity using anti-terrorism "free for all" data sharing – a necessary evil and police corruption for the better good? You know just like China *Media links from MCCLATCHY "China calls Tibet youth group "worse than bin Laden". That's like saying US college campuses are breeding grounds for terrorism.”

“Case In Point A

Ex-FBI chief urges unity to fight

Former FBI Director William Sessions told the heavies of local law enforcement and security businesses congregated at the Oak Hills Country Club on Thursday that the new realities of international terrorism require constant cooperation among all agencies and with private firms.

“If you have a nit of sense, you know there is no dividing line,” said Sessions, the former U.S. attorney here and one-time federal judge who led the
FBI from 1987 to 1993.

“We must share, we must find ways to do it” Sessions said, referring to the importance that intelligence holds in a post-Sept. 11, 2001, world. “We must find ways to do it.”

Case In Point B

And the top local cop was Sgt. Thomas Calucci of the University of Texas at San Antonio Police Department, who headed a team formed to identify folks on campus with psychological issues who could pose threats.

Meanwhile, Sessions, now a partner in a Washington blue-chip law firm whose own FBI tenure included some widely criticized excesses, told those gathered that it was ncumbent on cops themselves to police their own behavior. “We're trying to tell the world what the rule of law is,” he said.

Case In Point C

Ex-Secret Service Agent Writes the Book on Campus Violence that increased 100 fold after publication starting with the Virginia Tech Massacre and continues to rise. Dr. Marisa Randazzo co-director of a landmark federal study of school shooting and is co-author of U.S. Secret Service/ U.S. Department of Education model of school threat assessment that predated Virginia Tech and Recent Campus Violence.

Case In Point D

NCHERM, The National Center for Higher Education Risk Management uses Randazzo's publication as a bible even tough the information is completely erroneous and has caused 100 rds of deaths on US Campuses. NCHERM plans to incorporate and NEW and Improved behavioral assessment systems based on the same EX-Secret Service Agent publication that will create more disasters!”

The public first noticed Texas Police State symptoms in 2006 when reports of abused disabled students where brushed off by Texas Politicians as exaggerated claims reported by the Office of Civil Rights to Rick Perry Governor of Texas. These politicians were in complete denial of actual police reports of rapes, beatings, and murder inside Texas protective institutions. To resolve the problem, a Texas commission was formed and the group planned to resolve the issue by re-naming ‘disabled students’ as ‘mental impaired patients’ which spurred a naming and necessity lawsuit against Texas for collecting blood DNA samples that may be used in the future to terminate pregnancies of the same people of this class.

In early 2008, head line news reported graduates from the same Texas Schools for the disabled where placed into bondage on Turkey Farms in Missouri and lived in deplorable conditions while their employers pocketed their Social Security Checks.

In April 2009, Governor Rick Perry supported a Tea Party Revolution and succession from the Union, accusing the Obama Administration of oppression under the 10th amendment that excludes constitutional amendments that actually protect Texans from Texas Oppression which incorporates Federal Agencies such as the FBI to enforce those protections which were once again muddled because the FBI, Police, and Human Service agencies are still pooled together as one law enforcement agency creating a Texas Police State.

The public began to realize that not only are these agencies collaborating with each other, and private firms, but Billions of Federal dollars were now controlled by the State of Texas which limited the control of the budget resources from the singular pool of resources that limited the control of Federal dollars for specific missions appointed by congress for  agencies such as the FBI.

Most importantly, and it is reasonable to believe, that by combining these Federal Agencies in one big Texas pool, those agencies would need less people and dollars to function; but to the contrary, and our disbelief, the collaborations revealed billions of Federal dollars with no accountability. With great haste, the police, FBI, CIA, and Homeland Security Agencies need to be delineated with specific boundaries and if need be, relocate each of these agencies or schools in different states to avoid another catastrophe such as the Fort Hood shootings that left 11 dead and 32 wounded on the grounds of the largest and most secure military base in United States of America.

Shooting suspect Psychiatrist Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan was undoubtedly involved with the development of the bogus Secret Service Behavioral Threat Assessment Landmark Study that probably drove him off the deep in that will make him a key witness to the corruption.

NSA The Way It Works Don't Think About The Box

Texas State Patriotism

A Request of the President of the United States of America

"We Should Build Confidence in NSA"

What part of 'Top Secret' do the citizens of the United States of America understand - nothing, which is the problem and the solution.

'Top Secret' is the responsibility of the United States Senate we elected to office. Think real hard before you cast your vote in the short time before the next election - We all have to live with the choices we make, if we like or if we don't.

National Security is a life and death matter, you do not want to go there with any written law or public discourse unless it is assimilated to us from the Senate, who take orders directly from the President when they become a disability and burden on the people.

The 911 Patriot Act was a mistake because by the very nature of establishing expressed written law defeats the purpose of our own protection. In other words it is not "Keeping anybody Safer" because it restricts the powers of the Senate by establishing laws against the Senate and the President of the United States of America.

Congress should not pass any law that is self-defeating or restricts the powers of the Senate in matters of 'National Security' because we pay for it with our own Civil Rights and Liberties.

Chapter 3: Texas Aerospace Surveillance 'Privacy Why It Should Concern You!'

Privacy Why It Should Concern You?

"Intrusion into your personal space, by persons or networks of mindless electronic devices plagiarizers and patent trolls has robbed you of your creativity, spirituality, copyrights, income, and dreams."

Chapter 3: Texas Aerospace Surveillance the School of Hard Knocks

Mary’s condition started to improve once we put all the pieces together and she realized what was happening to both of us: we were being attacked by aerospace hyper-surveillance. In other words, she was not losing her mind; her intuition was in fact true. My sophomoric attitude of thinking that the United States Government worked the way they taught in high school social studies changed to that of a street-smart Vietnam veteran. Hyper-surveillance made us hyper-vigilant, like a couple of cats!

Knowledge is power but the reality of things had an adverse impact on me emotionally. I slipped into disillusionment and clinical depression after three years of no response from the justice department, my Pick-up ends up nose first in somebody house. The tragedy turned into a blessing for me, because now the VA would give me medical care and researched ever statement I have made and found them to to a matter of fact. If you are a veteran, healthy or not, you should get a VA identification card! The VA Saved My Life!

We knew no matter what action we took we were going to be stalked mercilessly by the Secret Service, CIA, and the NSA—still a science fiction scenario to me. I had several long talks with Mary about dropping out of school and moving to Siberia. But I could not leave Mary home alone, so we decided to go back to school, side by side, and take whatever came our way. I followed protocol right out of the University manual step by step, even though it just made everybody more suspicious and angry. The subjects of electronic experimentation became the suspects; suspects became enemies of solid state.

Finally, I wrote a nice letter to Senator John Cornyn and got a screaming phone call from a private detective, who was part of a big money federal grant package for the then-unheard of Domestic Surveillance Program implemented by President Bush without the approval of Congress. I read about the detective that called me at home in an article written by Graeme Zielinski for San Antonio’s

Express Newspaper.

“Former FBI Director William Sessions told the heavies of local law enforcement and security businesses congregated at the Oak Hills Country Club on Thursday that the new realities of international terrorism require constant cooperation among all agencies and with private firms. And the top local cop was Sgt. Thomas Calucci of the University of Texas at San Antonio Police Department, who headed a team formed to identify folks on campus with psychological issues who could pose threats.” “If you have a nit of sense, you know there is no dividing line,” said Sessions, the former U.S. Attorney here and one-time federal judge who led the FBI from 1987 to 1993. “We must share,” Sessions said, referring to the importance that intelligence holds in a post-September 11, 2001, world. “We must find ways to do it.”

The information sharing was what concerned me most. The CIA, FBI, and Secret Service were established with a clear understanding that there is a dividing line between those that can operate in any way and means but did not share that information with the police.

In other words, if there is no dividing line then Texas is now a police state and I just acted as an informant to the FBI thinking that anything I said would be confidential.

Sessions’ statement—We must share, we must find ways to do it—scared the hell out of me. Not just for my own safety but that meant everybody except the police and political leaders were subjective to the rule of law, which leads to police corruption or what is known as a police state.

In a police state all a politico has to do is point his finger at you and they will come up with just cause for something. William Sessions was highly criticized for attacking the Branch Davidian Church in Waco, Texas, by establishing just cause through claiming psychologically programmed sleeper agents. However, during the congressional hearing the Feds claimed, “We had reason to
believe they were manufacturing methamphetamine.” which has never been substantiated.

I am not criticizing Sessions trying to save the lives of children by any means he could. The point is: just cause is always a moot proposition. Who would argue against law enforcement to do everything in their power to protect children? And I do believe William Sessions is an honorable man.

Hindsight is 20/20. Judgmental views don’t carry any weight when there was not a better man or woman for the job…period. My view was watching as Texans lined up against barbwire fences along the farm to market road with barbeques pits lit and cooking brisket, while I watched from satellite TV in Guangzhou  China.

The Chinese challenged me to practice stacking peanuts with chop sticks while watching TV . By the time I left for an Island in the South Pacific, I could pick up three peanuts with ease, one staked on the other and pop into my mouth.

In 2006, the Bush Administration authorized the sharing of information collected by any means with law enforcement and civilian private security firms, including intrusive equipment by satellite or any surveillance devices not limited to electronic equipment. This presidential mandate was applied without congressional approval in Texas only!

This was an illegally incorporated private security firm on a Texas university authorized by Bush by way of Governor Rick Perry to carry out the domestic surveillance program and I was the justification; the person with psychological issues who could pose threats and wrote the essay "How Some Law Enforcement Officers Come To Believe They Are Psychiatrist Who Can Predict Criminal Activity."

That just cause(?) authorized them to investigate me and justified warrants signed by a biased Rick Perry-appointed judge to further their domestic surveillance—such as wiretapping and tracking devices—in my name. They had no right to call me at home or invite me back to campus, the same place I and my extended family refused to attend my own graduation for fear of retaliation -but they can and they did! "We don't go about framing people (Sheriff Arpaio 2012 / Perry)."

******************************

"It Turned Out Just Like The FBI Had Said about Whitey!"

"The Stench of Intelligent Breaches Has Reach Every Nostrils Of Every Texan and Arizona Citizen Living At The Street Level or the Reality of Things (O'Dell)!"

The Congressmen of both South Texas Districts should sue Sheriff Arpaio / Rick Perry for operating outside of his jurisdiction just like his Hawaii Trip, using federal and state funds to retaliate against the President of the United of America! Nobody knows what it is like to be targeted by these criminals than the President himself! And that is exactly what they did me and my family.

Far worse are those Unforgivable Civil and Human Right Violations that just snowballed through the system of due process and people were abused and murdered? What does a Patriot do when his own representation fails to contact the proper authorities when a first responder lays out the detail for them?

********************

What made matters worse, the Bush administration established funding for certain companies to manufacture these devices. The one that concerned me most was Digital Ally. A press release dated October 6, 2006 stated:

“Digital Ally…which develops, manufactures, and markets advanced technology products for law enforcement, homeland security, and commercial security applications, today announced that John Ashcroft and Judge William S. Sessions have joined the company’s advisory board.”

These electronic devices used in psychological programs such as MK-Ultra, a mid 20th century secret mind control research project, have been abused by Texas leadership. Behavioral political control net-works and harmful biological or electronic devices exist and have been used against targeted peaceful political adversaries in a number of ways: illegal gathering of investigative
information, intimidation, black listing, hacking, and human behavioral experiments that have caused harm and injury to unknown numbers of Texas citizens.

The only way that all of those civil liberties we think we have are persevered is by the United States Justice Department. However, the Bush Administration made a hit list of U.S. Attorneys and fired those not subservient to the Republican Party. For example, in early 2007 a U.S. Attorney in San Diego was fired a day after she served warrants in a criminal investigation of defense contractors with close GOP ties.

After George Bush was elected president in 2000, Rick Perry, then Lieutenant Governor, assumed the Governor’s office. It was Perry who issued executive order establishing a state Governor’s Task Force on Homeland Security, also known as RP8.

“This executive order supersedes all previous orders and shall remain in effect and in full force until modified, amended, rescinded, or superseded by me [Governor Rick Perry] or by a succeeding Governor.”

Unfortunately, the order was still in effect as of his third election in 2010, giving the Texas governor almost complete dictatorship, including more than 4,500 bias appointees, some embedded in the State Supreme Court creating a corrupt Texas justice system.

Texas also has a long history of using white supremacists for gun running, drug dealing, and human trafficking. Thousands of ruined lives, deaths, and illegal incarnations over a ten year period. See The Texas Connection or Privacy why it should concern them!

Executive Order RP8 violated the civil and human rights of all Texas citizens clearly expressed by the Constitution of the United States. Governor Rick
Perry used overt and covert acts against Texans solely to retain power and oppress the people of Texas in the name of national security, as justified by the Patriot Act.

He openly declared war on the United States and attempted succession from the Union without consideration of law abiding American patriots who reside in Texas and are United States citizens.

The Governor of Texas by virtue of the power and authority is legally responsible for, and is directly linked to, the abuse of federal funds by establishing RP8. The executive order led to political favors for state as well as federal employees who act without fear of prosecution as if above the law.

Rick Perry sat aloof of illegal acts as if by washing his hands releases him from any involvement as all others by his orders must suffer punishment by law as a consequence of his executive emergency order and their own illegal actions a violation of the RICO Act.

These favors and lawless orders were justified as a necessary evil to protect against an unidentified, fictitious enemy designated as terrorists, instead of specific persons or organizations that have attacked or plan to attack the United States or declare war. This fear of the unknown leads to an abuse of power by oppressing the populace with anti-ethical investigations and prosecutions of the innocent with unfounded conspiracy charges whenever the Governor of Texas cries wolf, or terrorism.

Every time Congress enacts a new law, no matter how trivial, we are stripped of our freedom to legislate our own actions, placing the burden of our behavior on law enforcement agencies. If Congress were to pass a law today that banned sex, very few people would obey the law nor would the police enforce it. However, if the law only applied to citizens and not politicians and police, it would lead to government corruption.

Likewise, congressional law makers know, no matter how rational a proposition may seem in theory, the only way to prove a legislative mandate benefits the greater good is after the law is applied. If a newly drafted law is the cause of bitter sweet or unjust consequences, the law is debated by a Congressional oversight committee and if necessary adjusted in some way or repealed.

The Patriot Act was enacted to protect civil liberties while protecting the United States from another attack. Emergency executive orders at the state level were approved and enacted to protect the United States as a whole from terrorism and rightly so: we had just been attacked.

Groups of conspiracy theorist considered the secrecy of certain Patriot Act provisions a cover-up of political control. Those who openly expressed their opinions online were targeted by the very computer applications Ted “The Unabomber” Kaczynski warned about in his manifesto, known today as robo-executioners, a mindless data chip that shows no mercy at all!

The robo-executioner disarmed in 2009 was a horror story for Mary and me. The only way I knew how to protect us from attacks was to disclose that we were friendly on the Internet. I don’t recommend this but when your life is in danger you do whatever can by any means to protect those that you love.

In November 2012, Human Rights Watch published 2012, “Ban ‘Killer Robots’ before It’s Too Late.” Governments should preemptively ban fully autonomous weapons because of the danger they pose to civilians in armed conflict,

Human Rights Watch said in a report released today. These future weapons, sometimes called “killer robots,” would be able to choose and fire on targets without human intervention. The 50-page report, “Losing Humanity: The Case against Killer Robots,” outlines concerns about these fully autonomous weapons, which would inherently lack human qualities that provide legal and non-legal checks on the killing of civilians.

In addition, the obstacles to holding anyone accountable for harm caused by the weapons would weaken the law’s power to deter future violations.

Mary and I knew that no matter what action we took we were going to be stalked mercilessly by criminal elements as well as protective agents who still did not know who I was or what the hell I was trying to say!

I Think Texas Finally Got The Message after Five Years of Abuse.

Big Dave would say "Like A Monkey Sitting on a Rock"
