He may not be able to hold his seat in congress as Senator Grassy explains many of congressmen still sit in a federal prison after investigations of the past. It don't matter to me who runs the country but he is now being stalled to take another term or seat in congress like he stalled U.S. for 12 years.

I cannot say the same for Senator Cornyn or Senator Cruz they have certain protections and powers as elected members of the Senate. Many of the protections and authority abused by the United States Senate may be lost after the confirmation of Ms. Lynch by Senator Cornyn’s own demands of the return to our tirade form of government and the rule-of-law. 

The daily K street descent on are political leaders is a digital nightmare that have solutions ignored as burdens placed on the backs of U.S. working class citizens, perhaps by long terms that disconnect them from reality like “Three Blind Mice.”

Why waste such talent and resources earned by the experience of the abuse and murder they used to harm my family and me, when others cases can be resolved by our own suffering and pain of the past. 

We are paving a path for all Texans to justice by opening doors to due process slammed in the face of the middle class and those in poverty for the last decade in the state of Texas.

Senator Cruz is an FBI problem not mine; the use of devices on me are that considered torture in any civilized country not to mention physical abuse by devices, death threats, dodging real bullets and broken bones which or felony assault charges filed this week at the lower levels of government in each and every known county to me, where the crimes took place. If Senator Cruz is innocent of such charges only known by the Senate and the victims, it seems to me he would have already sent me a letter stating that my allegations are logical and rational but found not to be true after further investigation.

Since I have not received any correspondents from his office that is constitutionally bond by law; I can make the assumption that he is in fact guilty of using devices that long ago were put away on the shelf such as blinding lasers and radionics ect…  by Congressman Oversight and international treaties considered torture and human exploitation by any civilized nation.  

We were honored by phone calls not required but jesters from honorable men such as Lt. Governor Dewhurst and Greg Abbott, whom allowed us to freely express our opinions during the elections, no matter how contrary or controversial, supporting Wendy Davis who gracefully  lost the race for Texas Governor.  

The Retired Secret Service "The Brady Bunch Act" with the utmost respect to Brady and family, the act is named after, my family and many other United States victims know how they feel to be victims survivors of murder attempts, along with 99% of those agents who live by their oaths and place their own bodies every day in harm’s way to protect United States interest. 

I have little respect for X-Secret Service Agents that go Private and use Federal proprietary equipment, connections, and training that does not belong to them and breach each time these devices are used. We expect these people "The Brady Bunch act" to live up to their oaths and they can think about it in jail after due process has been exercised, or set free being found innocent; due process is something most Texans never have the privilege and protections, demanded by our own Honorable Senators yesterday from the candidate for United States Attorney General of the Department of Justice the Honorable Ms. Lynch.
