Irregular War (IW) is the domestic surveillance program started in 1982 by Vice President George H. W. Bush that failed to 'Keep us Safer' in place before the Oklahoma Bombing of a Federal Building, the first international bombing of Federal Building by Osama Bin Laden in Riyadh Saudi Arabia November 13, 1995 and the 911 attack on New York. 

We cannot say nobody saw it coming, "TSWG was an original subgroup of the IG/T, which later became the Interagency Working Group on Counterterrorism (IWG/CT). In its February 1986 report, a cabinet level Task Force on Counterterrorism, led by then Vice-President Bush, cited TSWG as assuring “the development of appropriate counterterrorism technological efforts.” 

In 2007 George W. Bush declared Irregular War or IW after declaring war on Iraq to keep the funds flowing under the acronym CTTSO, which is the funding source for TSWG:

"Today, TSWG still performs that counterterrorism technology development function as a stand-alone interagency working group. TSWG’s mission is to conduct the national interagency research and development (R&D) program for combating terrorism requirements. It also has commenced efforts to conduct and influence longer-term R&D initiatives and, reflecting the shift to a more offensive strategy,
balance its technology and capability development efforts among the four pillars of combating terrorism: antiterrorism, counterterrorism, intelligence support, and consequence management."

Very few people understand the threat of Terrorism has been around for ages, Terrorism is not a new age phenomena. The 2008 financial collapse root cause was from inside trading by those of public trust, who  benefited by creating a false belief of "Global Terror" or those in congress that signed off on legislation that created the mega-trillion dollar white elephant "Top Secret America." 

Top Secret America as the public understands it, assimilated to us by the Washington Post has been around as long as the threat of terrorism known as Domestic Surveillance, which created uproar in 2006 when Russ Tice, former NSA intelligence officer, divulged this program in public. The majority of the cost of Top Secret America was approved by legislation passed in the name of National Security justified by the 911 Patriot act and is an unnecessary expense and burden on the American people with global consequences. 

Today, NSA consumes over half of the Federal budget; however, when the Tea Party complains about Big Government spending, they attack social programs that only make up a very small percent of the Federal budget. The Tea Party Paradox is the indisputable fact that they are the wealthy few who benefit from Big Government overspending by NSA. This is not say that NSA is overfunded and may need more funds to operate at their optimum.

The 911 Patriot Act was drafted and secretly mandated by President Bill Clinton after the Oklahoma City Bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building on April 19, 1995. George W. Bush publicly announced the 911 Patriot act as his mandate in response to the 911 attack on New York September 11, 2001.

The USA PATRIOT Act (commonly known as the "Patriot Act") is an Act of the U.S. Con-gress that was signed into law by President George W. Bush on October 26, 2001. The title of the act is a ten letter acronym (USA PATRIOT) that stands for Uniting (and) Strengthening America (by) Providing Appro-priate Tools Required (to) Intercept (and) Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001.

I can still remember clearly the sad tragedy of the Oklahoma bombing viewed on Saudi Sat-ellite TV, and wondered about a letter, I had just mail to the Federal Aviation Administration for a replacement FAA Airman’s certificate, housed in the same building. That same afternoon, a Somalian showed me a newspaper with front cover page introducing me for the first time to Osama bin laden April 1995. 

Much later, after Timothy James McVeigh was arrested for the Oklahoma bombing, the same Somalina asked me, “O’Dell you look just like that guy [Timothy McVeigh], and Ameri-can’s blamed Muslims for the [Oklahoma] bomb?” What could I say in response?

He was right; the first thing we did was blame Islamic extremist for the bombing. Even though I was living thousands of miles away from America, a chill ran up my back, concern-ing terrorism within the U.S. and the domestic program divulge much later by Russ Tice, al-ready in place that had failed to protect us from the 911 attack, perhaps they were targeting the wrong people. 

Looking back now, that was the day when electronic weapons controlled by NSA were turned inward and pointed at everyday ordinary citizens just as Orwell’s “1984” and the April 1995 Unabomber front page New York Times “Manifesto” warned us about, electronic and bio-weapons used on the people of a Police State for political control by the elite class, we have come to know as the wealthy few.

Tice warned us that NSA had grown so powerful as an entity of covert operations know as Black Ops,  that stood alone without audit trails or congressional oversight  was creating a Police State. The Police State of his concerns only benefits the wealthy few of corporate America, while oppressing the majority of hard working middle class citizens. 

The Unabomber or Theodore Kaczynski, mailed packaged bombs to unsuspecting victims killing 3 and injury 23 others for 20 years, until the FBI finally arrested him after the publication of his manifesto April 1995, explaining the Police state of Mr. Tice former intelligence officer of NSA’s concerns, "science marches on blindly, without regard to the real welfare of the human race or to any other standard, obedient only to the psychological needs of the scientists and of the government officials and corporation executives who provide the funds for research.”

Bio-weapon research is funded by the Senate influenced by Congressional Representatives, by paid lobbyist of corporate America descending daily from K Street, which drives Wall Street and the Global Market place. Sadly, the arms race of electronic and bio-weapons is measured by the effectiveness of such device applications, and the competition of corporations required live human experimentation.

NSA began experimenting on the citizens of the United States during the Bill Clinton's term, unknowingly to the subjects of the experimentation. Sadly, the victims included women, children, and the elderly until the election of Barack Obama who stopped such experimentation April 2009. 
Terrorist act in a way that is predictable, be it a NSA black Ops group operating on its own, or a lone wolf such as the infamous Unabomber. The way terrorist act has not changed over time; however, a culture of false beliefs has consumed the populace because most of us have been traumatized by successful Terrorist attacks.

In my own lifetime, I have been the victim of three terrorist bombings, the third was a copy-cat bombing of the Oklahoma Bombing, financed by Osama bin Laden, on November 13, 1995, of a U.S. Federal building in the city of Riyadh Saudi Arabia were my wife worked as a civil servant, months after my first glimpse of the Osama bin Laden, shown to me by the So-malian in April the same year on front page of a Saudi Newspaper. 
The high tech bomb was procured from an U.S. armory.  The sound was unmistakable a high tech device similar to my first Nuclear blast in South of San Antonio Texas November 13, 1963. The Bombing of the first Federal building, outside of the United States blew in my window of my villa as I read a copy of “The mountain of Light” by George MC Donald Frazer a famous British fiction author and historian.

That's right, on 13 November 1963 at ap-proximately 11: am, I and other elementary school children were knocked to the ground from the only known accidental nuclear device detonation openly reported in the United States of America. National Security (appropriately, because that is their job to do so) tried to depress and  censor the press, but everybody was scrambling under the daily instructions of Vice President Lyndon Bird Johnson famous Television series explaining, “what to do if  a nuclear bomb explodes near your school.”  Ever wonder where the phrase "Grab your ankles and kiss [it] good-bye" came from?

At my age, I would have never thought a group of Terrorist would group together, con-spire an assassination attempt by combining two highly volatile explosives including u235 enriched by 4% volume uranium that sent out a band of ionizing radiation for at least 100 miles for ground zero.
These weren't your typical Terrorist as Texas Governor Rick Perry just suggested (In A National Debate 2012!) that the profile of all terrorist  "are all Muslims" and from my experience of a victim of three terrorist bombings, they never are typical, or do they have any correlation to a religion, race, or country.

In this case, these terrorist were white supremacist earning degrees in Nuclear Physics in Germany. One attended law school right here in San Antonio Texas.  One of the suspects was a member of the John Birch Society. 

In 2009, Texas Governor Rick Perry founded the Tea Party in Texas as retaliation to the Obama Administration for stopping discretionary spending without audit trails, which created the white elephant we know as Top Secret America and the Global Meltdown of fall 2008 during the George Bush era. 

The way these people grouped together based on racism, brought back memories of the same Right-wing extremist that detonated the first nuclear terrorist bomb in San Antonio Texas. The Tea Party Rebellion was not just a political demonstration in effigy; they were acting with intent just as the group that made up the white supremacy group responsible for the San Antonio bombing, November 13, 1963.

My Texas representatives were given a call by me as friendly heads-up to stay in late legislation until they work out these criminal acts triggered by Governor Rick Perry under RP8. 

My specific concerns were reported once again to law enforcement, which includes the FBI San Antonio and the judge at the Jourdanton Court House Texas, ordered an investigation of my case on June 13, 2012 Case number 12-04270 and 12-04429, which includes the continued abuse of being stalked by deadly force dating back to 2008. One additional charge was reported Atascosa Sheriff’s Department as the last event in September 2012.

Under the Supreme Court Ruling Citizens United, any act using military force against Americans on American soil by a politician as political targets is considered high treason.

National Security is a life and death matter, you do not want to go there with any written law or public discourse unless it is assimilated to us from the Senate, who take orders directly from the President when they become a disability and burden on the people.  

The 911 Patriot Act was a mistake because by the very nature of establishing expressed written law defeats the purpose of our own protection. In other words it is not "Keeping anybody Safer" because it restricts the powers of the Senate by establishing laws against the Senate and the President of the United States of America. 

Congress should not pass any law that is self-defeating or restricts the powers of the Senate in matters of 'National Security' because we pay for it with our own Civil Rights and Liberties.

Chapter 10: Who Is Watching Who And Do They Know What They Are Doing

Much to the surprise of those that dream while sleeping, many people do not dream or recall dreaming while they sleep, not even once in their entire lives! Dreaming is a human activity that most people take for granted as if everyone can dream. If dreams are something that some people can see and others do not, then dreaming is something that dwells in the peripheral blind spot of social invisibility.  Could it be that there is an everyday ordinary common god, as close as the invisible nose on your invisible face, working miracles in your life?

Dreams have a deeper meaning for clairvoyants such as myself because we see visualizations in our mind's eye while sleeping and awake. A clairvoyant is person who sees things clearly in their minds eye, as they are; sometimes with vivid startling accuracy the Greeks coined the logos or the known. It is unclear if the ability of perception is from the normal senses, psychic abilities, or spiritual epitome.

Clairvoyants rarely reveal their experiences unless the disclosure would be beneficial or helpful to others. There are the unscrupulous clairvoyants and the fakers that use the idea of clairvoyance abilities for selfless reasons that give us all a bad name. Then there is the innocent who believe they have God given talents, which they may; however, do not know what they are doing when they are looking for a lost child and the whole world turns to them for help after exhausting all other alternatives, only to be discouraged by failure and disbelief.

Lastly, Clairvoyance is not always the case a specialized profession such as murder solving, people finding, or gold digging enterprises.  In more cases than not, the clairvoyant that is open and clear of negativity at the time of need is the medium of choice; be it a matter of physics or divine intervention.

We are easy to identify. We are the people that stand in front of an elevator button and seem to debating if the up arrow means up and the down arrow means down. We compensate our trans-personalities by way of diversion to a trivial task not wanting people to know that our consciousness has shifted to a higher idea. I have never met a Clairvoyant that was trained the art and many notice they can see thing others cannot as early or earlier than three years of age. Many retain conceptions or memories of existence before conception or entering the human body at birth!

A well-practiced clairvoyant may dwell in the state as often as they can for enjoyment, enlightenment, or to help someone in need. Have you ever heard of the "Absent minded Professor?" Sometimes psychologist misdiagnosis the ability as Attention Deficit Disorder [True in a case of brain injury] when in fact a clairvoyant can do multiple task of focus at the same time without compensating the accuracy of any of the task performed!

Unfortunately, behavioral scientist ignore the fact that some clairvoyants can take a peek into the future, visualize an eminent threat, and know instinctively when someone has their attention on them or looking at them even when the observation is done remotely by a camera or even a satellite.

Police will use clairvoyants to help with an investigation when all other scientific investigative means have failed and have about a 50/50 percent accuracy rate basically because they cannot measure the clairvoyants capabilities and use those that do not know how to use the art but believe they have special God given talents they really do not possess or know how to use.

In my case, dreaming while my body is asleep at the wheel is the best time to catch up on the adversaries or evil people that try to bring harm to just your everyday ordinary mystic like myself.

I have had a real hard time with the new anti-terrorist domestic surveillance program put into place years ago by congress with good intent to keep us safer; however, the police investigative strategies look for reasonable suspicious acts and nothing is more suspicious looking than a clairvoyant under hyper-surveillance because once a clairvoyant is a surveillance  target, we start to behave in a way that we know someone is watching  even though we are quite innocent of wrong doing are least harmless to others and dwell in the side lines or well outside terrorist threats.

Most troubling, once you are a target of interest, the information can never be erased or dismissed or expunged. This is bad for the wrongly accused but it is equally troublesome for accurate intelligence analysis having floaters bog the system as alerts that take attention away from real threats. The same can be said for those that have been targeted for political reasons as threats to make it easier on a politician or political special interest group.

It is my belief that most terrorist are not born terrorist, they are transformed into terrorist by pure hatred  and intolerance based on the way the rest of the world acts!

Who can argue against the theory that we all act in a way that is predictable? Don't we all stand in the bank beyond the cord ropes, and stand well beyond the red line on the floor without the need of instruction; however, it is a grave error to think that any particular behavior has a predictable reaction.

This is why the Behavioral Sciences will always be an art form; especially if they exclude profiles they do not  understand by the method of scientific observation and dump the prognosis in a category of the paranormal which  is an area of behavior that cannot be observed and rides in the blind spot of social invisibility.

This is why Mystics that operate alone or along with a group are weary and in some cases angry with U.S. persistent failure to protect individual rights of privacy, leaving many of the few finest of citizens whom act in a way outside of the norm as targets of domestic surveillance.

Domestic surveillance if use correctly, is a helpful law enforcement tool; however, it is the point when the surveillance leaves the general population and focuses on a specific target when things go a wire and resources are placed on people who would do no harm and taken away from those that are real threats.

Additionally, the contracting of private firms in 2008 by U.S. intelligence, even if the employees are sworn law enforcement officers, compound the problem because they are paid and rewarded  for intelligence, any intelligence if it is useful are just a report that waste valuable resources and time with total disregard to harm to the subjects of the report.

These people are easy to identify such as John Ashcroft, who is constantly trying to figure out what the term 'ethics' means or what place it has in National Security such as the Nazis wondered during World War II. We would all be speaking German if the principals of ethics were the basis of German diplomacy and tactical maneuvers of the last global conflict.

Chinese intelligence systems as well as other countries do a better job with surveillance because the people know that as long as you are in the band of the general public under surveillance, than you are relativity safe from privacy intrusion and free to move about freely without fear.

I know this because while living in China, the safest country I know of and I have lived in most, I observed that the police have a good working relationship with the populace and often will complain of two much information that leaves them blindsided to real threats of social invisibility. The same can be said of Italy where the local officer's patrol the communities in which they live, play, and worship.

In America we can say, "nothing changes but the meaning of law" and are economic down fall began many years ago by financing the DEA with resources for a dual mission, attacking drug violations at the street level instead of the source and domestic surveillance in the interest and protection against terrorist threats such as the attack on New York on September 11, 2001.

We like to believe that justice is blind; however, there is no finer judge who lives in a community where the whole town knows of something  less than appropriate behavior practiced by the local judge. A paragraph from " A History of La Salle County" 1856-1975 authored by Annette Martin Ludeman shows that at least in Texas, nothing changes but the meaning of law as follows in the month of December, 1886 La Salle County Texas:

"There was a jury inquest inquiring into the cause of the death of C.B. McKinney conducted by Judge Harwood. During the inquest Judge Hardwood was taken very ill and died within five hours. Judge Hardwood's mind was heavily taxed in conducting the inquest and having previously contracted the habit of eating morphine, in a moment of hurry and excitement took and overdose of the drug which cause his death." This of course added more grief and sorrow to the already grief stricken little community."

In today's world, the murderer would be illegible for the position of Judge or Texas Ranger and the Judge would be considered a harden criminal and drug dealer. I am not saying that the DEA has recruited criminals, but the dual task of enforcing equal and harsh penalties along with the billions of dollars of resources on drug users as well as terrorists jeopardizes our National Security.

The DEA should not be in the business of Anti-Terrorism Domestic Surveillance! The Department should be focused on the source of drugs and exterminating the source before drugs exterminate all the citizens of America! The Agency need look no future then the Drug Enforcement Agency itself to get a good head start at eliminating fifty-percent of the problem embedded as DEA Drug Lords that feed off of Federal Funding. Maricopa County, Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio and Texas Governor Rick Perry are very good examples of extracting Federal Funds for state sponsored drug and human trafficking operations.

A good departmental split right down the middle of their dual mission and budget would save money, protect the innocent, and keep us safer.  The other half of their budget should be invested in Homeland security and first responders!

First Responders are seldom members of law enforcement, usually a common citizen in the right place at the right time that reports to an awake and alert member of law enforcement. Yes, many times law enforcement personnel are first responders because they are also citizens living in our communities. A cash reward and honorable citizens citation system has work best in the United States sense the conception of the constitution.

We see a break down in communications that is the cause of major security breaches after the application of the 911 Patriot Act and the fleecing of America by law enforcement personnel incorporating private security firms.  Citizens today find it almost impossible to report incidents to law enforcement because of a false sense or false belief of omniscience intelligence sold to the public by private security firms.

Lastly, the Chinese intelligence agencies and police have a true respect for individual privacy that naturally leads to respect to the police; otherwise, a country or State can become a police State overnight if *surveillance is not regulated and used for political adversaries, criminal activity, or retaliation. In the United States, the state of Texas has world recognition during these troubling times as a bona fide police state, led by a treasonous dictating tyrant, but let's don't make the mistake of blaming the situation on the police and professional law enforcement.

Any human behavior ethnology can be taken out of context just to give due cause of suspicion, producing a false report that can encourage a public hanging without a need of due process or trial of innocent law abiding citizens.

Attention is a very powerful thing when it is focus on an individual if just from a resentful person or a woman in scorn. So it is the case that most people are clairvoyant in some degree or another but don't practice the art correctly or use it to bring ill tidings to others. The modus operandi of a clairvoyant is strangely enough their biggest enemies their own attention and or the focus of attention by others. CNN — A baby monitor brought on a horrifying situation for some Texas parents.

The camera they were using to monitor their two-year-old and keep her safe was hacked, and what the hacker did was chilling.

For two years, Marc Gilbert and his wife have come to rely on their internet cameras.

“We almost couldn’t live without it,” said Gilbert.

With the camera, they could watch their two toddlers in their rooms.

But, over the weekend, someone else was watching, too.

Gilbert says he first heard a voice from down the hall, as he and his wife got closer, what it was saying got worse.

The Tigers Fang

“Prince,’ He said, ‘I am the Lord of All. You have been faithful and fulfilled all obligations here on earth, but now that you have a short time left here is one thing that you can do…” 

“go to the boastful cobbler of this this town and order him to seek out the tiger and bring back its fang.”

”The cobber trembled like a leaf because he knew it was death to go or to refuse.”

In other words, when the king commands a serf of his kingdom to a task, in those days it was death not to obey and it was death trying to kill a tiger on your own, and the traditional way to prove it was to bring back its fang. This particular tiger had been killing children and women and pressure was on the king to do something about the tiger and the cobber was thorn in the king’s political side.

In the original story, the Potter and the Prince, the shoe cobbler was a potter who gained overwhelming popularity by severing others and was said to have healed many who were sick. This was embarrassing to the King in his political courts especially at time when a man eating tiger has been plaguing the local villages and the king and all his soldiers had failed at killing the monster.

The Cobbler “That night he sought out the lair, found the tiger asleep, and tried to kill it with a knife. But failed.” 

“The Cobbler went to the palace, ready to die, but as he entered the courtyard he kicked and object in the dust. It was found to be a tiger’s fang.” 

The fang was from a man eating tiger from years gone by brought back to the king by his solders and given to Royal families children as a play toy. 

“The prince recognized it as a play object belonging to his children. He was outraged but could do nothing for the cobbler had returned with a tiger’s fang.” 

The king lost all his political glory expecting the cobbler to be killed by the tiger or return empty handed; therefore, discrediting the humanitarian work and popularity that threatened the kings political position or in better terms his authenticity as a true king.
